CLOUT, though often associated with negative connotations, is a universal phenomenon. We all possess it - the ability to influence and make an impact. The real question lies in how we choose to use this power. For far too long, many of us have underestimated our own influence and some of us abandoned it's presence. Many of us have, at some point, dimmed our light for various reasons. But now, the time has come to cast aside our reservations and fears and embrace the opportunity to show up and show out, using our clout for positive and meaningful change in the world.

CLOUT (Collective Leaders of Universal Thought), is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) research and strategy organization that provides evidence and tactics to support upward mobility, retention and equity for those from underrepresented populations. 

CLOUT is also dedicated to enhancing the influence and impact of these current 

and future leaders by way of innovative leadership development curriculum, community, and mentoring. 

Our capacity for meaningful impact resides in the development of educational ecosystems.

At CLOUT we believe that true leadership knows no boundaries and that the power of collective thought can transcend differences to address the world's most pressing challenges. Our journey began with a vision to bring together individuals from all walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds to pool their wisdom, ideas, and energy for meaningful change.
